Last year award-winning UK comedian Kate Cheka attempted to save the world, now it is time to burn it down. What does it mean to be a feminist while Western civilisation collapses around us?
The Funny Women Award winner 2023, Chortle Best Newcomer Nominee 2024 and DIVA Magazine Queer Comedian of the Year 2025 ponders this and other things. Like should she have just married her teenage boyfriend and become a tradwife instead of trying to be a strong independent woman. Come help Kate figure it out.
'Political comedy may yet have found its new messiah' (The Guardian).
"Charismatic, eloquent, frank and witty...an impressive debut for a bright comic.”- Chortle
“Witty and charming...the audience are quickly drawn into Kate's world” The List
“She's unstoppable. Her enthusiastic delivery cracks along at such a pace that you wonder whether she's remembering to breathe.”
The Skinny“So warm and totally herself, with so much to love!” LMAOnaise
“A powerful debut run from this humdinger of a show.”
