About the Experience

The Portal is not a workshop. It is a 2.5-hour frequency transmission designed as an immersive field of re-anchoring, remembrance, and release.

Three facilitators from different disciplines co-create the space through breath, sound, and bodywork. There is no curriculum, no method, and no requirement to “know how.” Instead, the experience unfolds through presence, sensation, and intuitive participation.

If your body feels drawn to it, that is enough.

Session Flow

We begin with a gentle arrival: grounding, reconnection, and intention setting. The experience then moves into a 70-minute energetic transmission weaving breathwork, somatic touch, movement, and live sound.

Includes conscious touch and massage (always optional).
A trauma-informed framework is held throughout, with consent cards to support your boundaries. You are always in choice.

The evening closes with an integration circle, with the option to share or simply witness.
