Our everyday lives often take up so much space that there is no room for quiet moments or our ability to listen within dwindles. Every year I notice this situation more and more, especially before Christmas. We often have to fill the last few weeks of the year with appointments and tasks, even though in this dark season we actually feel like contemplating, reflecting, taking a break, taking a deep breath and resting.
How has it been for you in the last few years? Would you like to approach The Nightmare Before Christmas more calmly this time and be prepared for all the tasks and situations that await you? Would you like to invite slowness, mindfulness and empathy, to gently feel in and look inwards? The dark season and especially the run-up to Christmas are actually wonderfully suitable for this.
In this 5Rhythms® mini-workshop "The Right Care Before Xmas" we immerse ourselves in moving meditation in a protected room, experience a lot of free dancing and many physical exercises, experiment with the scope between busyness, overwhelm, boredom and inner silence and honor the dark season as well as our inner being Light.
Registration/Costs/Discount:
Please secure your place by registering in advance. Alternatively, you can probably take part spontaneously and pay in cash on site. If you make a transfer by November 14th, 2025 at the latest or if at least 2 people register together, you will receive a discount of a whopping 20%. Otherwise, the following prices apply per person: €35 normal price, €25 social price*
