About event
Feeling overwhelmed by climate change? This workshop helps you process climate anxiety in a supportive space.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by climate change? You're not alone. Many of us experience anxiety, frustration, or even helplessness when facing the realities of our changing world. But these emotions deserve space to be acknowledged and understood in a supportive environment. If you are experiencing climate anxiety and want a space to process your emotions in a constructive way, this workshop is for you.
In this workshop, we create a safe space to:
- Articulate, express and explore emotions around climate change, individually and in a group setting
- Acknowledge and accept different feelings without judgment
- Learn tools and strategies to manage climate anxiety and stress
- Discuss ways to help us cope and build resilience
- Discover resources and communities for ongoing engagement
Through personal reflections, practical exercises and group discussions, we’ll navigate climate emotions together and find strength in connection. Sign up and be part of this meaningful conversation.
