This event is designed especially for companies who are ready to take meaningful steps toward creating more inclusive and diverse organizations.

The focus topic is Gender Balance. As a company, bol has taken significant steps in this area and can share valuable insight, both successes and challenges.

Tessa Menke from SER Diversiteit in Bedrijf and project lead Henriette Verbeem from Utrecht Divers en Inclusief will give a joint presentation on the importance of a diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment. In addition, they will discuss how SER Diversiteit in Bedrijf and Utrecht Divers en Inclusief can support organizations in this transition.
