THIS IS EDEN - LET'S PRACTICE JOY @ WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE GALLERY

Get ready to practice joy with us in the most iconic spots of Amsterdam.

THIS IS EDEN is an electronic music meditation designed to cultivate feelings of joy and freedom.

THE WHY

In a world where we seek happiness outside ourselves, it’s revolutionary to remember that joy is within and that we are always free.

THE WHAT

Our sessions follow a carefully designed flow of collective intention-setting, science-based practices, movement, and breathwork. Using wireless headsets, we create an immersive, sound-rich experience.

We practice being here and now, surrounded by incredible people, banging music and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s about moving and feeling amazing while doing so. It is about love, it is about mindfulness, it is about freedom.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Bring some extra layers of clothes for the first part. It can be chilly at the location when we are not moving yet (big gallery space + winter). Best is to wear comfortable clothes that let you move freely and feel empowered in.

Everyone can do an EDEN session: no experience at all is required.
