About event
This is the 2nd session of a series of 5 workshops about feeling at home in yourself. In this session we focus on physical energy and we discuss topics such as exercise, training, nutrition and sleep. You leave the session with more knowledge about physical energy and the motivation to make adjustments to feel more physically more energetic.
Feeling at home always starts with yourself. Whether you sleep well, move enough and exercise, you are aware of your emotions, experience flow and are in contact with what is the most important thing for you. Feeling at home within yourself is the first step towards having healthy relationships with the people around you.
During these fun and practical workshops, Shashi (coach and founder Hayena) learns timeless concepts and frameworks developed by studying 17 top athletes and refined by teaching thousands of people from different areas of life. You go home inspired, ready to take the actions that you have postponed, and you will feel more at home when entering the workshop.
The series is divided into a number of theme meetings (7.30-21.15 am CET every day):
* 9 September: Feeling spiritual at home
* September 16: Feel physical at home
* September 23: feel emotional at home
* September 30: feel mental at home
* 7 October: feeling at home social
*Both internationally and Dutch speakers are welcome at this meeting. The working language of the meeting is Dutch.*

*Shashi has been living in the Netherlands since 2015. In the last 10 years he has had to keep several balls in the air, such as family, career, health. Through this series of workshops he looks forward to sharing his own experiences and practical frameworks that he has learned. As a business strategist but also as a coach/facilitator.*
