About event
This evening the “saxophone lover” musician and her wonderful band will be presenting themselves in the extraordinary setting of Berlin’s Gendarmenmarkt to celebrate spring. The Berlin saxophonist is one of the capital's best-known musicians and has been a fixture in Roland Kaiser's live concerts for more than ten years. Whether as a soloist or with the band: Tina Tandler impresses with her extraordinary saxophone sound and her very own way of making music an experience.
She writes her own pieces together with the pianist Christoph Reuter and has just released her new album “Saxophone in the House” with the most wonderful instrumental music. She moves lightly between jazz, pop and world music. You will be surprised!
Tina Tandler – saxophone / accordion / vocals
Christoph Reuter – piano / keyboard
Thomas Rüdiger – percussion/ drums
Duration: approx. 75 min
