About event
The theater experience that provokes, fascinates and worries at the same time!
The production of darkness is part of the program section just created and its premiere will take place during the International Festival Theater Nitra 2025.
The former set of Stoka Theater, the Institute of Blaha Uhlár, comes to the festival to introduce its first premiere under a new name. It refers to one of the most important personalities of the Slovak theater after 1989 Blaha Uhlár, who left this world in July 2024. The dark stage space evokes the inner worlds of the characters - fear, uncertainty, manipulation - and from this black emptiness magically, richly colorful characters.
