About event
TOBACCO LIVE will erupt again during Amsterdam Dance Event, and how. On Saturday, October 25, We Crave Music and INI Movement proudly present Estafête: a groundbreaking musical live experience where DJs and top musicians challenge each other in a non-stop flow of groove, improvisation and excitement.
Not a standard concert. No pre-made set list. A live club concept where everything revolves around the moment. The DJ starts, the band picks it up, the DJ responds, and so the baton goes back and forth in a musical rollercoaster that takes you from soul to house, from hip hop to everything in between.
Each edition of Estafête is unique. Think: a world-class DJ who elevates the turntables to an instrument, combined with an all-star band full of key figures from the Amsterdam music scene. What you get is an evening full of musical fireworks, improvisation, interaction and pure energy.
Between the Relay sets, DJ Shamis keeps the energy high with his unmistakable sound, an extra layer of groove that keeps the evening rolling seamlessly.
The ninth edition of TOBACCO LIVE coincides with ADE this year, and that is no coincidence. No commercial line-ups, but raw creativity, razor-sharp improvisation and live music that will stay with you. TOBACCO LIVE during Amsterdam Dance Event is anything but standard, exactly as you would expect from us.
Don't miss it. Because what happens here only happens once.
