About event
Open Mic singer's summer Behind the school
invites singer Tomáš Lorenc to a concert:
I decided to learn to play the guitar on a trip at the end of my freshman year of grammar school, after an evening at the dormitory with the sophomores, where they had four guitars and we sang together in the evening. In my class, no one played anything. During the holidays, I started learning the guitar - from the dump - and for Christmas, Jesus - see, I'm really serious - brought me a guitar, which, just like that - for fun, I still play today.
In my repertoire, I have covered songs, mostly in the folk/country style, and for my August music entry I tried to choose the lesser known ones as well. You will also hear one author's text, which was born in my head
during the photography of the last day of the Smíchovská lávka in October 2023.
I am an ajťák by profession and my biggest hobby is dancing, or rather mainly its subset - tap - namely the American tap - Clogging. As part of the concert, you can also look forward to a short tap dance entrance.
I look forward to seeing you on 18/08/2026 from 19:00 at the Za Školou Club,
Tomáš Lorenc
