We invite you to the sound performance called Collective Imagination, which will be guided by our former resident Tomáš Venák in the interesting spaces of the large greenhouse of the botanical garden UPJŠ in Košice. 🌿

Performance connects a live -handed sound country, author's text and audience's voice leadership across the presented space. It is based on the materials arising during its residence in Košice and the thematizes personal and collective transformation. The botanical garden here serves as a symbolic and physical space of the transition - from safety to the unknown, from the dark to the wild. After the end of Performance, there is a traditional sharing of what a person saw during the imagination, whom he met. It is a collective experience of various stories. Everyone meets what they bring. language. One aspects of his artistic practice is recycling and sustainability. For example, he has prepared exhibitions of insecure cartography for the Gallery of the capital of Prague, St. Petersburg Colectiva, Friday Stone and others. He has been published by the poetic collection in Toronto raining (Malvern, 2021) and is also the founder of the TRSY festival, which themes the sustainable connections between art and the country. The Art Support Fund is the main partner of the project. The project was also supported by the City of Košice and Košice Self -Governing Region.
