The book Summer Rains can be read as a detective story, as a psychological drama as a sequence of surreal images using the specifics of Taiwanese imagination. 📚
It will take you to the north of Taiwan to the old neighborhoods of towns, seaside areas and the village in the heart of the mountains, and will reveal your life on one of the small islands in the Strait of Taiwan. A strong, deeply human, magic-poetic story playing with the magic of memory will reveal the traumatic history of one genus.
The evening will also be presented by the exhibition "Songs of the Pralesa, Mountains and Seas", presented on the 3rd and 4th floor of the foyer of the library. 🎨
The Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic took over the whole series of events.
