About event
An autumn concert in which we will present two Czech compositions from the 20th century. Zdenek Lukáš's Requiem is one of the top choral works of its author. String Quartet No. 1 commemorates the work of the composer Miloš Sedmidubský in the 100th anniversary of his birth. The concert program is framed by two works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. At the end, his motet Ave verum corpus will be heard. The theme of the motet was also elaborated by Mozart in the Adagio for English horn and strings, which opens the concert.
