Marie Ringler

is Head of Europe and a member of Ashoka's Global Leadership Group, the world's largest support network for social entrepreneurs. Since 2020 she has also been Vice President of the European Forum Alpbach. Ringler studied political science and sociology in Vienna and holds an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and the ESADE Business School, Spain. The vision “Everyone a Changemaker”.

The company develops sustainable solutions for decarbonization and energy generation.

Since its founding, the qualified process engineer has also been intensively involved in concepts for the dual use of open spaces in agriculture and energy.

Sigrid Stagl

is an economist at the Department of Socioeconomics at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with the Focusing on sustainable work, ecological macroeconomics, integrated assessment methods and socio-economic theories of action.

In 1999 she was the first person in the world to receive a doctorate in ecological economics.
