Trader Joe's Free Zoe Action
Event by: Direct Action Everywhere - Portland
Location: Trader Joe's, Southeast Cesar Estrada Chavez Boulevard 4715, Portland
About event
Trader Joe's sells bodies of tortured and criminally abused chickens from Perdue's Petaluma poultry. DxE has conducted multiple investigations into this facility that have repeatedly shown criminal animal neglect.
Our friend Zoe Rosenberg has been found guilty of criminal conspiracy felony and multiple other charges for taking matters into her own hands and rescuing 4 chicken from this abusive company. Come out with us a couple days after her sentencing to educate the public and Trader Joe's employees about the abuse that Trader Joe's actively supports.
Lets raise awareness about Zoe's incarceration!
Rescuing animals is not a crime!
We will be protesting outside of Trader Joes. Lets be loud!!
