Traditional Michalsky Fair
Old Rík, Hlohovec
from 26 to 28 September, the center of Hlohovec will be transformed into a colorful and live place where they will come to all ages. The traditional Michalsky fair will also bring a rich cultural program, great music, traditional crafts, carousels, the smell of trdelník, local specialties and quality wine. Immediately after that, the Hlohovčata choir will be presented, which will open the cultural program with its performance. There will also be a popular dance group Espinta, which will bring a good dose of energy. The evening will then be nostalgia thanks to the well -known Beatles Revival hit, but the real draw of Friday's program will undoubtedly be the performance of the Polemic group, which will dance the audience with its biggest SKA and reggae hits. The musical atmosphere will be closed by the band Progress Band, which will take care of the pleasant ending of the first fair evening. The favorite majorettes of Saštoky, which will dance the whole square, will continue. The afternoon in the pedestrian zone will be enriched by a fun show of children, full of tricks, improvisations, bubble shows and laughter for all generations. On the main stage, bands will be presented in other words, Janelys y are cubia with Cuban rhythms and the evening will culminate in a concert of the legendary band Vidiek. Juraj Dvoran will close the musical atmosphere of Saturday with his set full of good mood. The Sunday program will be opened by majorettes of the border, after which the folk ensemble Inovec and the Slovak Folklore Club will be presented. The highlight of the day will be the performance of the singer and heligonist Vlasta Mudríková, who will bring the true Slovak folk atmosphere. Michalský Jarmok 2025 will revive the historic city center again, bringing musical performances of well -known performers, traditional tastes and fragrances, craft products and true fair mood.
