ferdinand transverse field is part of the entrepreneurial family, For decades, some of the most famous coffee houses in Vienna, including the Café Landtmann, run. In addition to his role in the family business, he is also a rowing world champion. His sporty path led him to the United States, where he studied at the renowned University of California, Berkeley. After his successful career as a top athlete, he returned to Vienna to get into the family business.


Philip Feyer , has created a modern coffee concept that has become an integral part of the Viennese scene today. With a clear focus on quality, design and sustainability, it combines contemporary entrepreneurship with a real coffee passion. In 2014, at the age of only 27, he took the step into self-employment and opened his first café on the Schottentor, named in a charming-wild reference to Franz Jonas. Today he runs three locations and his own roasting shop.
