The Innovation Agenda methodology helps to join forces, knowledge and networks and to set up an agenda together with topics that require a breakthrough, so that you can jointly the next step setting.

Often several organizations or teams are involved in a social subject. To take and renew the next step, administrative commitment is needed. The Canvas Innovation Agenda is a tool with which parties enter into discussions with each other about administrative support and form a joint agenda on a social theme. Together you explore the definition of the issue, the dreams, bottlenecks and the joint agenda. A program has been developed around it with different work forms. Based on the situation you choose the work forms that connect best.

From the Dutch Societal Innovation Hub - a European initiative to support government employees during their innovation process - is the methodology of the methodology method developed.

For whom?

This 'train-de-trainer' workshop has been specially developed for professionals who want to get started with innovation. And who understand that innovation goes beyond the idea itself.
