Program

Meeting 1
Introduction Girls Night. In this first session, the participants are introduced to the theory behind the Girls Night method and the target group. In addition, attention is paid to the pedagogical skills that are needed to work with this methodology.

Theme 1 & 2 - Healthy Girls and My Identity
The session starts with a short retrospective of the previous meeting. Subsequently, the Healthy Girls and My Identity themes are introduced. Through exercises, such as the Spiegel exercise, participants learn skills to guide girls.

Theme 3 & 4-Me, Myself and i and Girls care
In this session the themes me, myself and I and Girls Care are discussed. Participants learn how their own attitude influences the girls, especially on topics such as sexuality, drugs and love.

Theme 5 & 6 - My Future and Performing
The last two themes, My Future and Performing are treated. An external expert can be called in for the theme performance.

meeting 3
Important elements and reflection
The final session focuses on the most important elements of the Girls Night methodology and offers space for reflection. Girls Forward's scenario is discussed and various reflection methods are discussed to successfully implement the methodology.
