meeting 1
Introduction Healthy Girls: In this first session the participants are introduced to the theory behind the Healthy Girls-Methodology and the target group. In addition, attention is paid to the pedagogical skills that are needed to work with this methodology.
Theme 1 & 2-My Confidence and My Self-Love The session starts with a short retrospective of the previous meeting. The first two themes are then introduced: My Confidence and My Self-Love. Through exercises, participants learn skills to support girls in strengthening their self -confidence and self -love.

Theme 3 & 4 - My Body and My Power In this session the themes My Body and My Power are discussed. Participants learn how their own attitude influences the girls with whom they work and how they can make a positive contribution to their self -image and strength.
Theme 5 & 6 - My Skills & Talents and My Future The last two themes, My Skills & Talents and My Future are central. Participants get suggestions to involve an external expert in these topics, and delve into how they can help girls to discover their talents and develop future plans.

important elements and reflection. The final session deals with the most important elements of the Healthy Girls methodology and offers space for reflection. The scenario is discussed and various reflection methods are discussed that help to implement the methodology well in practice.
