TRANSFORMATION WEEKEND at the Movement and Soul Studio for everyone you call 🤗
11.-12.1. 2025
A weekend during which you will have the opportunity to release blocked emotions through various therapeutic techniques, confront and release stuck traumas, heal the inner child, grow into your strength and potential, which you were deprived of at a certain stage of your life, end karmic connections, that hold you back and keep you in dead ends and break free into a new reality where there is only freedom and love in all levels of relationships, first and foremost in relation to oneself (and subsequently in other relations). It will be a very intense weekend, suitable for anyone who calls, for anyone who is ready to open up to the process and be guided.
I created this transformational weekend based on my journey of TRANSFORMATION. Transformations from a being bound by a stereotype (work from-to, family, responsibilities) and fears that were instilled in me (not consciously) by my loved ones - IF you are not good enough, you will mean nothing, IF you do not work enough, you will have NOTHING, IF you are not nice enough NO ONE will like you... if you are not faster, smiler, better, the best... the very conditions and constant pursuit of some "perfection". of life, can spread this lightness further, only a person who has love in his heart and an open heart for others can create in this love. You can't fool that process. If I create in difficulties, every day is difficult and life puts logs under my feet, my relationship with the outside world is equally difficult - with clients, family, friends, work... I have nothing to give, I have no energy or joy.
Everything we experience in life, we create, or have created ourselves. Nothing comes by chance, whether we attract it with our current vibration (the setting we have and live in), or if we can't understand the lessons, we constantly attract great teachers who mirror the situations and feelings we need to process (partners, children, boss) . They seem to be making our lives more difficult and it seems that we are the only ones who keep repeating this. But it only repeats what we cannot understand and finally get out of it, or process it as a lesson for which we just have to thank and move on.
Life becomes magical when we allow ourselves to flow through it in trust, when we stop function in old beliefs, patterns, stereotypes, suffering, victim pain and allow ourselves to live in ease and joy. It is difficult to admit and reveal that it is often just a belief, a formula, an old program that holds us back or makes our life unpleasant. Sometimes it is not easy to identify these programs. But if we are ready to work with them and take steps in our life that help us become aware of them, they will slowly begin to appear and we have the space to start letting them go. Step by step. Of course, it can never be done all at once. Beautiful work of exploring yourself, discovering what else, where else and then letting go of old patterns of behavior. In the end, it would seem that he is a new person, but in the end it is finally just you - content, flowing in ease, living in joy, in freedom, in the plan of your soul.
If you are ready, if it's time to start cleaning the deposits of mud that prevent you from living your life with ease, to become aware of the beliefs that do not allow you to move forward, I invite you to this weekend, full of awareness, processes and rituals. It is not and will not be easy. What prevents us from living life in ease are often old and painful things that we need to uncover and then let go of through understanding, reconciliation and acceptance. Realizing the old means realizing the feeling, the situation, when they came, when they burdened us, and since they are mostly deeply buried unprocessed events, it will really be a journey into the depths of our soul. Whatever you do, you won't be your old self at the end of the weekend. It is impossible to say what you will be able to let go forward, maybe you will just open your process of rebirth, maybe you will make a huge leap in your transformation, in any case, the weekend will be full of compassion, love, understanding and reconciliation. You will meet people, souls, beings who will forever remain in your hearts and you in theirs. Who will forever be a "new soul family" for you.
When: 11.-12.1. (every day 10.00-17.00 - the end can be even later..) you cannot afford this amount at the moment, but you feel that participating in the weekend could help you in your life, write, we will agree on gradual payments according to your possibilities).
