HI All! Here is a link to the SignUp if you can/want to bring items for the Transition Projects, Inc. dinner!

1. If you can come and help put out the dinner and serve but can't bring anything THAT IS JUST FINE!! COME ANYWAY!
2. If you do want to bring something, select a slot and take note of how many people and the budget per slot. SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!! We are using grant money for part of this so we need to be sure to spend up to and as close to the budget as possible. If you find that your items are way under budget ADD SOMETHING FUN TO USE THE WHOLE BUDGET that will compliment the dinner and that the recipients will appreciate! After the dinner we will upload receipts to the website for reimbursements. You will be reimbursed for your expense as this is a club project and we are using our community service budget which is created with our fundraising and a generous district grant!
3. We will meet between 5:30pm and 6pm at the Banfield Motel location. Dinner is served at 6:30 so we want to have everything out and ready by then!
4. Yes! It looks like we left out the most important part but rest assured!! There will also be a main course, potatoes and OF COURSE GREEN BEAN CASSAROLE!! Those are already taken care of so they are not on the sign up.
