About event
We invite you on a joint, yet largely individual journey of self-discovery.
On it you will touch yourself by immersing yourself in an altered state of consciousness, which is completely natural and does not require the use of any substances or other mediators.
Only breath, music and togetherness will be our guide and help.
For one weekend, allow yourself to open a space just for yourself and experience everything that is offered in the arms of a safe environment.
Look inside yourself and learn what makes each of us who we are, and what connects us as people and living creatures.
A LITTLE CLOSER:
The technique of transpersonal breathing follows on from holotropic breathing, a technique invented by the founder of the direction of transpersonal psychology, prof. Stanislav Grof.
Our team is Blanka, Ivan and Tomáš - we are facilitators with many years of experience under the guidance of Grof's colleague, psychiatrist MUDr. Zdeny Kmuníčková.
In our work with the group, we bring many years of experience in the role of facilitators of holotropic breathing
and techniques from psychotherapy, mindfulness, etc. Together we create a space for safe experience and sharing in a group of participants.
WHEN:
Friday 24 January – from 7pm: introductory meeting and tune-in
Saturday and Sunday 25 - 26 1. - 9:30 a.m. – approx. 8 p.m.: After the introductory circle, 2 sessions of transpersonal breathing take place every day with breaks for a light snack and dinner; the end of the day is a circle of sharing.
PRICE: 2500 CZK per weekend, does not include meals. Part of the price is an entrance interview with the participant (takes place by phone).
MORE INFORMATION and arranging the date of the entrance interview, which is a necessary condition for participation: Blanka Fröhlichová, tel.: 608180185, e-mail: blanka@frohlichova. cz.
