My love died more than a year ago. We were together for 17 years and since then I have lived not only without you, but also with a strange animal called grief. I get to know my grief little by little, it is always different: from deep and all-encompassing, physically painful and breathtaking to permanently gray and tasteless, deaf and silent, timeless and numbing. She is blessed with big, loving gestures in her thoughts, but then again she is lousy and critical in everyday life. From angry and screaming at night to quiet and vulnerable in the supermarket. Yes, she is a strange animal...
I want to talk about my love and my sadness. Have you also lost a loved one to death? Is the grief of this final loss also a part of your life? Do you also want to talk to others? Then I hope to get to know you and get together with you (and others) - once a month.
This group is a self-help group - there is no therapeutic support. I like to give approaches for structure and communication, but we do it together and a lot is possible. Permanent participation is not necessary: just get in touch if you want to come, or just be there when you need it.
