Was the birth of your child completely different than you imagined? Are you now experiencing physical and psychological stress in everyday situations?
We talk about what is difficult, what helps, needs and respect during birth and the postpartum period.
In the group you can listen to each other and exchange ideas about challenges in daily life and in the bond with your babies.
