Tomáš Jánošík (TechSim)
S with more than 9 years of experience in the field of automotive and aerospace, Tomáš developed during his career from the position of engineering designer and constructor to the head of technical projects and business manager. His professional growth was shaped by technical precision and passion for innovation and motorsport, especially in the areas of aerodynamics and composite materials, which fascinated him from the start. As a business manager, he successfully worked for the partner company SIEMENS, where he is in charge of business management and technical support. The result was the founding of my own company. This role gave him the opportunity to establish long-term relationships with major global players in the industry. He successfully cooperates with technological giants such as Bosch, Porsche and ŠKODA.
Peter Pecho
In short, Peťo is the number 1 developer in Sygic. For 12 years he led the R&D department, with all the transformations that his rocket growth brought. Subsequently, he shared the acquired know-how and put his hand to work in companies such as Slido and Pygmalios. When we go deep, he is an ardent supporter of the greatest possible freedom and transparency in companies, an emphasis on agility and feedback, and an advocate of the idea - the manager's duty is to make himself useless. He currently lives in Stará Tura, where he transforms his rich experience in leadership and innovation into serving the public as a city deputy. David Scherhaufer (CB ESPRI) Professional from the field finance, investment and operational management of companies. David has more than 20 years of experience in financial management of companies. He worked in leading positions in large foreign companies as well as in large Slovak companies and worked for a long time in the Slovak Family Office. In recent years, he has held the role of senior investment manager in an investment fund.
Ľuboš Láký (Dedoles)
He operates at the intersection of technology and marketing. He started as a programmer at Matfyza and today, as CMO, he saves dancing hamsters at Dedoles. For ten years, he co-built the brand and products of the web hosting leader Websupport in the CEE region. In the meantime, he participated in the first TEDx Trenčín, helped EHMK 2026 and Art Film Fest. When he does something, he does it properly - always with the aim of being useful, learning and, of course, laughing. in circles, networking, socializing, or even prompt feedback to the organization.
