This Wednesday too, Rado will prepare training for us.
The training will focus on running technique. We will practice it on the marathon track in Anica. We will show that running is not only about the legs, but is a movement of the whole body. We will try out how to have fun while running and there will also be speed or trot. A really colorful Wednesday awaits us. 😍 Rado promises to run with the game. 🙂
We will start at exactly 17:30 💛🩷
We will meet at the Watsonova Athletic Stadium and then move to Anička.
