It's another Tuesday and we continue our winter training preparation! There will be a quality warm-up and intervals that will always push us further.
🏃♂️We invite ❤️ everyone who likes running and wants to improve their running technique and enjoy great training with a great group of people.💪👌😀 The runs are designed for different performance and age categories!
Be sure to take your headlamp!
The meeting will be again at 5:45 p.m. each Tuesday in front of the pro-body.sk store and after a short introduction at 18:00 we go to train.
After the training, a small snack awaits you.
