The body in Gestalt therapy is not a background for the process.
It is the process itself.

It is in the body that it is born contact, tension appears, a figure is formed and the way to completion is found.

As Maurice Merleau-Ponty wrote:
"I do not have a body - I am a body".

The therapist's bodily sensitivity is his professional tool:
field reading, resonance, presence, the ability to be with what is not yet put into words.

✨On this trident, we will explore:
✔ the body as a phenomenon in the field of contact
✔ bodily signals as a process language
✔ presence of the therapist through corporeality
✔ how to create interventions from bodily phenomenology
✔ bodily markers of contact violations
And there will also be a lot of practice, exercises and bodily awareness.
