About event
Learn to protect yourself and your loved ones with our three -month self -defense course. This course is designed specifically for beginners and is suitable for men and women without previous experience with martial arts. The first free training training!
Description of the course:
Length: 3 months
Trainings: 2 times a week every Tuesday and Thursday 18:45 - 20:15 (90 minutes).
For whom: men and women 15+ (younger after agreement and with the consent of parents)
Objective: prepare you for basic crisis situations real scenarios
self -defense techniques against unarmed attackers and knife attackers
use self -defense products and correct handling of pepper spray
physical condition - movement and strengthening
smudges. It is also possible to practice barefoot. After registration you will receive confirmation and payment instructions by e-mail. The capacity of the course is limited. 30.1.2025

The course for beginners led by Hofi is great and exceeded my expectations. From the first hour immediately practice and a lot of exercises in pairs. Friendly atmosphere. I will be happy to continue :-)
