We cordially invite you to a three-month self-defense course designed specifically for women.
During the training, more emphasis will be placed on attacks that are more typical for attacking women: situations of obvious power imbalance, dealing with unpleasant situations in confrontation with men, shouting, using common objects to self-defense, escape, etc.
