A modern Caucasian fairy tale! The Mandili Trio is made up of three singers who perform traditional Georgian polyphonies. Their magical voices, like streams flowing from the mountains, penetrate the heart.
A few years ago, three charming young ladies from Georgia "exploded" the World Wide Web and became stars. This fairy tale begins the day when three friends, during a walk in the village, decide to sing a song and take a selfie, which Tatuli then posts online. This video then radically changes their lives. In two weeks, the video was watched by several million people.
The popularity of the Mandili Trio is growing every day. Today, the group has more than 1,500,000 subscribers on Facebook and around 1,600,000 on YouTube.
The name of the group was not chosen by chance. Mandili is a female headdress in the form of a scarf that women traditionally threw to the ground when they wanted to reconcile men in conflict.
The group actively tours around the world, participating in folk music festivals and giving performances solo concerts. The singers have already visited Belgium, Germany, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Trio Mandili is a frequent guest on popular TV and radio shows in different countries.
After With Love and Enguro, Trio Mandili releases their 3rd album titled Sakartvelo in February 2022. Their lyrical compositions reveal the unique spirit of picturesque Georgia and the breadth of the soul of the Georgian people.
During their 2025 tour, they will stop at the Grillen on March 23, 2025 for the most beautiful Sunday of your year!
