About event
A self-defense course for women, where you will find out what female self-defense is about and what it is not about. Participation suitable for participants over 13 years old. There is no upper age limit, even senior women can do the exercises.
We will try out the principles of punches, kicks, stances and techniques for typical attacks.
Bring: nice sports clothes, sports shoes for the gym, drink and a good mood.
Course price: 10 euro/participant
