A pond is smaller than a lake and bigger than a puddle. Water appears in it and disappears again. It works quietly and unobtrusively. However, when I look into it, I see that it is full of life. I watch the meeting of various species and become part of it.

The object-puppet performance Pool by artist Iva Ščerbáková and musician Tomáš Zahrádka invites the audience to observe the life of a periodic pool together. It becomes a meeting place during the performance.

The audience is seated around the pool, which is gradually filled with water and filled with life. They can participate in inhabiting the pool themselves or just watch the changes the pool goes through. With increasing water, a dry, inhospitable place becomes a swarm of ancient creatures and organisms - both real and fantastic, which could not do without the cycle of drought and water.

The show is wordless and therefore without a language barrier, it is intended for adults and children from 4 years of age. Estimated length is 40 minutes.
