In a support circle, with the smell and taste of ceremonial cocoa, we will stop for a moment and think about what we really want. Strengthened by a sip of cocoa, we will together create a vision board - a board of dreams and goals that can become your guide in the coming year.

What awaits you:

· cocoa aromatherapy and conscious cocoa drinking

· meditation in motion

· sound bath to end the cocoa ceremony

· creation of a dream board/vision board with the support of art therapy

· sharing and final circle

Meditation with cocoa is an experience - playful, creative, full of stories and presence. Together we tune in with our breath, take the first sip of cocoa and listen to our inner self. How often do we have time for that in our normal rush? We will guide you through meditation, gentle melodies will relax your body, mind and heart and take you to deeper relaxation.

This will be followed by meditation in motion, where we will touch upon the questions: What do I need right now? What are my visions for the next period and what will support me in them? Sometimes it doesn't have to be big things, it's the little things that change our view of the day, of life.

We will conclude the experience with a gentle sound bath that will prepare you for the creative process.

Next will be the creation of a dream board. During the creation of the vision board, we will gradually stop at different areas of your life. With delicacy and curiosity, you will look at where you are right now - what in your life brings you joy and where you desire change. You will think about your work and personal journey, how you feel in your body, what you radiate and what you invite into your life. You will then transform your inner images and feelings into colors, symbols and shapes - into a collage that will become your guide for the coming year. Together we ask ourselves the question: How would I like my life to look in twelve months?

We will work with different media - from paints and pencils, through stamps, fabrics, pressed flowers, to paper, templates, stickers or calligraphic pens. The goal will be to immerse yourself in the creative flow, better understand what is happening inside you, and leave the outside world behind the door for a while.

Your vision board will not be just an aesthetic collage. It will be a living image of your desires, intentions and possibilities, a reminder of where you are going - and that you already have everything you need to get there.

You don't have to wear anything, creative material and cocoa will be ready. It is enough if you come with the desire to create. We will be looking forward to you,

Janka and Majka
