About event
Dear before you get over the next crazy week, take the break you deserve! energy. The holiday rest is slowly disappearing, and a calendar full of tasks, responsibilities and everyday routine is already smiling from a distance. The day in which you can consciously ground, tune and recharge your power for a new beginning. Express, understanding and transforming important internal aspects. Meditation, creation)
In the art therapeutic part you dive into your inner world through finely guided meditation and art exercises. You may not be able to draw or have experience - it is a process in which you will express what you feel through colors, symbols and images. Tensions and stress from the body and minds
Your images will speak for you - without pressure, without expectation, only with kind respect for your inner world. A boat on the shore of the lake - a symbol of inner peace and readiness for new sailing. Creativity
You will take this picture home as your own anchoring symbol - reminder of the peace you discovered.
