In a month, he will start at our faculty for a week for marriage.
You ask why? From 1.1. 2025 The same -sex couples can close partnerships. According to the Civil Code, this is the Institute to which rights and obligations (with some exceptions) are similar to marriage.
What does this legislative change mean in practice? What is the impact on the life of the same -sex couples, their families and children? How will Queer's quality of life affect the Czech Republic? And can two similar institutes for two different groups of people face the face of institutional values? Welcome are all.
