👉 What is the coaching approach at school
The workshop is designed for pedagogical staff, members of the support team and school management.
👨🏫 Gabriela Benčová - graduated journalist, longtime PR manager and today especially coach Solution Focused Coaching Access. She is a career counselor, a soft skill coach, a member of the Slovak Association of Coaches and Educoach Ambassador, who enthusiastically supports the introduction of a coaching approach in the school environment. She supported coaching for many women at the Academy for Entrepreneurship Women or through the Program of the Women's Algorithm - Back in Business. It also actively cooperates with OZ Educoach on the introduction of coaching approach to Slovak secondary school and elementary school, coaching with young talented scholarships from disadvantaged social environment under the program of Divé Maka or with young athletes. The number of seats is limited.
