Do you want to inspire in class like McGonagall, but still confuse like Hagrid? Bring your own experience like Lupin, but are you sometimes more into the force aka Snape? Or are you simply going "to Kratiknot"?
Each of us is closer to a different learning style. In Start learning! we believe that it is important to teach in a way that is as consistent as possible with our idea. If it doesn't work out, we often leave school with a heavy head.
Whether you are just starting to teach or have been teaching for several years - how do you answer the question: "What kind of teacher, what kind of teacher do I want to be?" And what kind of teacher do I want to be? No? Is it going well? When do you succeed and why?
We will look for answers to these and many other questions together in these online meetings.
We believe that thanks to this sharing, we will realize our own successes, take away encouragement for further work and also map out where we can move forward. A meeting in the company of like-minded colleagues. 🫶
