Knowing how to speak up when it matters and stand up for your opinion is one of the most important skills of our time - and yet no one really teaches it.
Example lesson: Stand up for yourself and don't be afraid to express yourself
We try to fit in, to be according to the ideas of others - and at the same time we distance ourselves from ourselves. We lose the authenticity that makes us who we really are.
During this 120-minute tasting session in a safe space, you allow yourself to react spontaneously again - with ease, authenticity and without fear of evaluation. We will focus on specific situations from work and relationships. In a playful, practical way, without pressure to perform.
What you will take away (immediately applicable):
Better understanding of yourself - you will recognize what is happening inside you when something throws you off, and you will learn simple ways to get back in balance.
A mistake as an opportunity - you will discover that missteps are not a failure, but a valuable compass that leads you to greater maturity and self-confidence.
Ease in challenging moments - you will experience that even stress can be managed with insight and humor without having to suppress yourself.

Lecturer: Ondřej Nečas – founder of the School of Improvisation, lecturer, coach and facilitator. For more than ten years, he has been helping people to speak naturally, playfully and confidently, transfer "essential-skills" into practice and handle challenging situations with calmness.
