Robot Viktor is a Ukrainian full-length animated film from 2020, which tells a story from the distant future. Somewhere out there, in a world where all the hard work is done by robots and the great Iron Star supplies the planets with energy, lives a girl named Vika. One day the Iron Star stops working and Vika sets out on a journey to repair it and find her grandfather.
The tale is about robots, space and a futuristic future, as well as adventure, friendship and the journey to a dream. Vika meets Viktor, a small robot who becomes her true friend. Together they board the transport capsule and set off on their journey. Viktor and Vika meet different characters - merciless robot nurses, a robot guide and a robot astronomer, and finally a wise and strong grandfather.
Viktor the robot tells a story about true friendship and loyalty, reminds the importance of family and how important it is to follow your own goal despite obstacles. At the same time, it opens the topic of the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence and shows children that robots can be friends and helpers.
