About event
Come and have lunch with us on Sunday - and not alone.
We first invited you, our neighbors, friends, occasional guests, members, volunteers, to a friendly neighborhood folk lunch last October and several times since then. And since it has always been a very pleasant and nice meeting over good food, we invite you to lunch together on Sunday 21/06/2026 at 12:00.
What awaits you?
Hot food, a small homemade dessert, a friendly atmosphere and a nice neighborly meeting. Eliška and Dan, who cooked last time, will cook again in their free time.
This time it will be served: Fake sirloin with dumpling + dessert.
How much does it cost?
You can donate a voluntary amount for the lunch, according to your means – even just a few crowns will help. No one needs to be shy, everyone is welcome. And if someone gives even a little extra, they will indirectly contribute to lunch for others, or even a beehive for energy.
👵👴 Keep saying it!
Bring your friend, neighbor, acquaintance from the next door, grandma, grandpa, children,... or feel free to come alone. We look forward to seeing you.
🔸 Why do we do this?
Because eating together is more than just food. It is an opportunity to meet, chat, break loneliness or just spend a pleasant afternoon among people. The lunch is intended for everyone - and especially for those who cannot normally afford to go "out for lunch", as well as for those who want to save work at home.
🟠 How to participate?
Please let us know that you will arrive - you will help us estimate the number of portions. And that, for example, in the form of SMS to phone: 604 445 695 or by e-mail [email protected]. Lunch is served exactly at noon, so please come to the hive a little before noon.
🟠 How to help?
Eliška and Dan enthusiastically want to keep the cooking of lunch to themselves. However, if you would like to help us, write to us and you can prepare, for example, the mentioned dumpling dessert. We will agree, please contact us.
