🤖 Artificial intelligence fundamentally changes the form of the labor market. Automation of routine activities and use of AI in production, logistics or administration brings opportunities to increase efficiency, but also concerns about increasing unemployment in some sectors. How will work roles change and which professions will become a thing of the past? Conversely, what new opportunities AI will create, especially in areas requiring creativity, technological skills or empathy? The guests of another round table on artificial intelligence will discuss the impact of AI on the labor market, the possibilities of adaptation of the workforce and the role of the state, education and employers in adaptation to this fundamental change. What will the future of work in the AI era look like? These and other questions will be devoted to the experts of our round table. I: AI as a challenge for the future of the labor market ⚪️
This panel will focus on the deeper exploration of the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market structure. The discussion will focus on questions about how traditional work roles can change, how to understand and prepare for the transformation of the labor market from the perspective of employers and employees, and what risks, including the possible increase in unemployment, may result from automation and digitization. In addition to the analysis of trends and forecasts, the role of the state and other social actors will also be reflected in the preparation of the workforce for this fundamental change. AI

The second panel brings practical views of the implementation of artificial intelligence in various areas of work. The discussion will be based on questions what specific benefits and challenges bring AI to increase efficiency and innovation, how to successfully solve the problems associated with the adaptation of businesses to new technologies and what role the educational institutions play in the preparation of the future generation for the modified labor market. Participants will focus on sharing experience, proven procedures and identification of key factors of successful implementation AI.
