🖼️ Construction: 11.4. - 5.6. After implementing the roof mosaic by cleaning by high water pressure (vaping), postcard invitations and community gout, everything is culminated in an exhibition that is in the artbiom showcase to see until June 5.

👀📸 FODIEN GROUP Again, the history and present of the DIY Cultural Center of the Hive is already related directly in the name of the exhibition project. Instead of working with a passive visual or material polemics about the previous and existing ones, the authors with the question "How to achieve a higher honey yield?" It turns towards two local communities, which exist in parallel than in a close connection within the Ďáblice housing estate.
. Will it really be demolished? It will be replaced by another building in the foreseeable future and if so, what will be the use and what will it benefit from the locals? And what development, then the community that works in the DIY cultural center of the hive and cares for the existing building by self -help?

The project of the group again does not try to bring a clear answer to these unusual questions - at the moment it is not possible. Instead, it offers several ways to look deeper into the true functioning of the hive, its intricate corridors and the rooms of former food, masna or wine bars that come to life as independent art and cultural activities. The members of the group again understand the object as a whole - the need to develop its external form is as important to them as mediation of internal functioning. The exhibition is thus the culmination of several weeks of work spread out between the realization of the roof Mural and the physical opening of the space within the community day, which took place in the hive on 30 March.

↪️ The team is again an art group whose members met as part of the studio of applied photography at the Faculty of Arts and UJEP design. Together, the five presented for the first time in the autumn of 2024 as part of a student art show with a winning project, which is partly followed by an exhibition in Artbiom.
