Feedback is an important communication tool, without which we can not do not only in teamwork, but also in personal relationships. Are you interested in how to handle it effectively so that it is a positive interaction and supports the desire to move on? 🤔

About the lecturer:
Dodo Dolinka is a musician and talent coach whose heart themes are strengths and feedback. He gained managerial experience especially during the years of management of the business network in Poštová banka, later in the successful Slovak project Slido, where a gradual transformation from managerial role and focusing on the care of people became an internal coach for customer teams. He is a passionate fan of feedback in teams and personal relationships. In his free time he works as the frontman of the band Tuzex Band.
