About event
As a singer, songwriter and Sonic Healer, Umi knows how to touch the audience with her unique mix of R&B, Neo-Soul and Folk. Born in Seattle, Umi discovered her voice young at a young age and shared her first acoustic songs and covers via SoundCloud during high school.
With her new album "People Stories" Umi is taking a fresh road. Inspired by friends, fans, strangers and personal experiences, she explores themes such as ego, healing, identity and connectedness. The result is a warm and compelling album that feels like an ode to growth, personal and collective.
