About event
Unicorns in Tech Get-Together @ Deutsche Bank Berlin Technology Centre
Unicorns in Tech Get-Togethers are queer friendly meetups where LGBTIQ+ tech professionals and allies come together to connect & share experiences. Each event is hosted by one of our partner companies (this November: Deutsche Bank Berlin Technology Centre), and offers a welcoming space to meet new people, exchange ideas, and celebrate our community. Whether you’re new or already part of Unicorns in Tech, you’ll always find open doors and good vibes.
Agenda
TALK: "Between Disruption and Design - the Future of Work with AI"
by Ryan Krog, AI strategist at Deutsche Bank
We’re living in an awkward in-between phase—where AI’s capabilities are evolving faster than our ability to adapt, and yet most organizations still plan as if the world of work will stay the same. This talk explores how to navigate that tension, anticipate where your role or industry may be rewritten, and start preparing now. The future of work with AI won’t arrive in one big wave; it will unfold through the everyday choices we make—how we design workflows, allocate resources, and decide what human value really means in an AI-driven world.
PANEL: "Out in the Workplace: How a Queer Network Empowered Me"
– in discussion with dbPride, led by Christopher Mohr
