About event
Core Strokes™ invites you into a vibrant and fulfilling journey, awakening the full vitality and joy of your life force.
The Core Strokes™ process emphasizes three transformative stages:
1. Let Be: Cultivate acceptance of your current emotional and physical state without judgment.
2. Let Go: Release old emotional patterns and body tensions that no longer serve you.
3. Let In: Invite new energy, insights, and meaning into your life, allowing you to reconnect with your deeper life force.
Participants’ Experience:
Those who have undergone this process report feeling more alive, powerful, connected, and joyful. They also describe a heightened sense of meaning and satisfaction in their personal and professional lives, with greater courage to express their true selves.
For those ready to dive deeper, this workshop is also an introduction to the professional Core Strokes™ training modules, offered in various countries.
Cost: CZK 8.250 / EUR 330
