Hi and hello to everyone,
also in 2025 we keep our regular acrojoga in Sokol Prague Libeň. After the January acrolection we will have the February on Friday 7. 2. From 6 pm to about 19: 30h in the ship Libeňské Sokolovna. Gymnastics and yoga, in which one of the couple usually lies on the ground and does the so -called base and the other practices and makes so -called pilots. Both participants stretch during exercise, make up, engage the whole body and properly train balance. We are not professionals, but we enjoy trying new and new exercises and we like to pass on what we can do, or be inspired by you and learn ourselves. . Only sportswear is needed.
